I was treated to a Remedial Massage yesterday by Hilary and my body is feeling wonderful! I suffer from a few aches and pains but mostly lower back pain...especially over the last few years, which gets bad enough at times to call in sick to work. I'm pretty sure I've finally found my go to when I need.
Hilary made me feel super comfortable and relaxed, and is very knowledgeable with human anatomy and body systems! She definitely knows her stuff and I can feel it!
